EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation
With this policy, Otiara intends to inform users visiting the website "www.otiara.com" (hereinafter the "Site") of the policy adopted in terms of Personal Data Protection, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site.
Please read carefully our Privacy Policy which applies both if you access the Site and decide to simply browse it, and if you intend to use our services.
Browsing the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of some areas in which the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him/her to access specifically identified services (e.g. to register and access the contents of the "MyArea", to benefit from the related services or request information through the "Contact Us" section, or to sign up and receive the Newsletter by accessing a specific area, etc.).
Therefore, where the user intends to provide his/her personal data to access these additional services, he/she will be expressly informed pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (the “Regulation”) with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by Otiara as well as the right to request at any time the deletion of the data or the updating of the same.
